Amazing Leadership!

Tami Bonnell is the most impressive leader I have ever had the opportunity to follow. She is the Co-Chair of EXIT Realty Corp. International. She has earned so many awards in her life that I can not even begin to go through them. Travel is a huge part of her role and she is typically on over 200 flights a year. She reads over 300 books a year. She is at the helm of one of the most successful real estate brands in the industry. She is a powerful internationally renowned speaker with a hugely full schedule. I think you can understand from this small about of information that her schedule is busier than yours, and mine. This on its own, would probably convince you that she is an amazing leader, but all of this is not what I am talking about. What sets Tami apart as an amazing leader is how she cares so deeply about her people. Tami always takes the time to reach out to praise a major accomplishment, or show comfort in a difficult time, or to write a hand written birthday card, or a thank you note to someone who was good to her. Last time I spoke on the phone with her, she asked me if there was anyone I knew that had anything major going on in there life so she could reach out them. I explained to her that one of our agents had lost a loved one, and she called them the next day. The link below is Tami on a zoom meeting providing tips to be successful in 2024. It is from a meeting for Realtors, but I believe it will be helpful for anyone who listens. Of the 1440 minutes in a day, Tami knows how to utilize them better than anyone I know. Tami makes her people feel that they are valued and cared for. She is able to do this so effectively because she does actually value and care for them. We are truly blessed to have her at Helm! Tami is the embodiment of leadership.
