Back to School Madness

Wow! September is right around the corner, the air is feeling a bit brisk and I've taken a MILLION trips to Walmart for going back to school.  This is the Fulcher's first year of having a kid going to school.  And it's just Preschool.  Preschool?  There is a shopping list for preschool?

Apparently there is.  Here is a helpful article I found about clutter zones in your home with back to school. We are in week 1 of our new house so the whole house is currently a clutter zone....yikes...BUT every cleaned up corner helps.

Right now a lot of people are starting to get out of the thought of selling or buying a home as school starts.  As fall and winter approach it's understandable.  Here are a couple of Pro's for selling or buying.  Interest rates usually fall during the colder climates.  Buyers are generally more serious and Sellers are generally more willing to negotiate.  So don't give up if you think the winter months are a bust.  This is when I find my most serious and dedicated buyers as well as Sellers who are ready to move on! And EVERY home looks better with fall and winter decor. :)

Good luck back to schoolers!!! We are rooting for you!
